Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On July 22, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant, who was divingd on the road by cutting off the prizes in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. On the ground that E, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station D District Unit of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station, who was called up after receiving 112 reported, was assaulted on one occasion on his face, thereby obstructing the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of public security and order of E, who is a police officer.
