1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the "total sum of human fees" column for each plaintiff in attached Form 1.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a company that engages in the manufacture and sales business, etc. of Category A, and the Plaintiffs are those retired on December 31, 2013 in Plaintiff A, D, and E, respectively, while serving in the Defendant, and Plaintiff B and C on June 30, 2014.
B. Of the provisions pertaining to wages of the collective agreement dated Aug. 12, 201, concluded between the labor union to which the Plaintiffs were affiliated and the Defendant (term of validity: (i) March 1, 2011; (ii) and August 2, 2013; (iii) and the collective agreement on Aug. 2, 2013 (term of validity: (iv) between March 1, 2013 and February 28, 2015; and (v) all of the aforementioned collective agreements are as follows.
Article 20 (Working Hours of Members of a Collective Agreement of August 12, 2011 (Indication of the amended Part)) The working hours of members of a collective agreement shall be as follows:
1. In principle, work hours shall be forty hours a week;
2. Work and holiday work shall be determined by a labor-management agreement;
Article 22 (Commencement and Closing Hours) Members' daily working hours shall be eight hours, and the starting and ending hours of business shall be as follows:
1. Work group: Starting business: 07: 15:00 type work for the first time: 15:00 type work for the first time: 23:00 type work for the first time: 00 type work;
2. Daily workers: Week 09: Holidays paid under Articles 23 and 18:00 for each of the following:
1. Every share: One day (the first week); and
2. New administration: One day; and
3. New Year’s Day: three days.
4. Ratification: Three days.
5. Droping, droping, and cutting-out;
6. Workers' day and anniversary of the incorporation of a company = Disposition of the next day per duplicate.

9. Other temporary holidays prescribed by the Government; 10. Sluice coupons shall be paid only to workers during the New Year’s Day and the New Year’s Year’s Day (three days).
Provided, That (1) Workers with three consecutive days: Gift certificates (100,000 won) and gift certificates (50,000 won): 2. To be excluded when normal operation is performed, the company shall pay 600% of ordinary wages for each year to the shift workers and the part-time members as bonus as follows:
1. At the end of February: 100%;
2. April;
