Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person operating a restaurant in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City(C).
No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.
Nevertheless, around 21:00 on May 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed in front of the above food "C" on the street, and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate of the car in front of the E-U.S. car parked by D, a customer, with a white camera in order to avoid the blocking of spirits.
