1. The Defendant’s KRW 75,00,000 and its amount shall be 20% per annum from May 9, 2009 to July 25, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019, pursuant to Article 2 of Addenda of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768), is 12% per annum, and the classification of damages for delay exceeding this scope is dismissed.
