The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged, around 12:00 on March 14, 2016, the Defendant damaged the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by openly pointing out false facts to the victim in the presence of senior citizens members, such as E, in the absence of the embezzlement of the public funds of senior citizens’ clubs.
