A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.

Defendant

B, around January 7, 2011, as a small part of the victim G, sold the instant forest without the victim’s consent, and around January 7, 201, the Defendant C purchased the said forest from the Defendant B, and the Defendant C mediated the instant forest trade between the Defendant B and the Defendant.

The Defendants purchased the forest land of this case from Defendant G in the past, and conspired to transfer the ownership of the forest land of this case to Defendant A in the course of filing a claim for ownership transfer registration by means of the following methods: (a) Defendant B purchased the forest land of this case from Defendant G in the past; and (b) Defendant B purchased the forest land of this case as if he was delegated by Defendant G.

1. On March 15, 201, the Defendants filed a lawsuit claiming ownership transfer registration with the purport that “the Defendant shall implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the ground of sale on June 2, 2003 with respect to the instant forest on the part of the Plaintiff, the Defendant A, the Defendant G, and the purport of the claim,” with the Changwon District Court located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

Defendant B, while the lawsuit is pending on August 201, 201, was conducted as if he was duly represented by the victim, and requested the defendant to appoint K as the defendant's legal representative and make the registration of transfer of the forest land of this case as soon as possible. On August 12, 2011, the above attorney filed an application for mediation with the competent court.

On August 29, 2011, according to the above conciliation application, conciliation was concluded to transfer the ownership of the forest land of this case to the defendant A in the above Msan support division where the plaintiff's attorney and the defendant's attorney attended.

After that, the Defendants were above on September 19, 201.
