1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 18, 2019 to the day of full payment.

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act;

Part of dismissal: The statutory interest rate is amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate is limited to damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the claims for damages for delay in excess thereof are dismissed.
