1. The Defendants: (a) on April 2, 201, the Chuncheon District Court’s Jeju District Court’s Jeju District Office of Registry of Real Estate stated in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. As to the real estate indicated in the separate list owned by the Plaintiff as indicated in the claim, the registration of creation of a mortgage on the attached list No. 1 of the Disposition No. 4 was completed by the mortgagee D. Accordingly, the registration of establishment of a mortgage prior to the Defendants’ future was completed. Since the aforementioned registration of establishment of a mortgage was invalid without any cause, the Defendants are obliged to perform the registration procedures for cancellation.
