The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The Defendant, around August 25, 2014, aims to impair the honor of the victim D (C church head) at the conference room of the C church church located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, with the aim of impairing the honor of the victim D (C church head):
(a) distribute the document stating the fact to the members of the C church church conference (F, Rops E, G, Ha, Ha, Ha, Rolo) “a person who discloses (D) information and files a complaint, accusation, damages church goods, and exercises violence” to the members of the C church church conference;
B. In the documents, such as those mentioned in the preceding paragraph, a document containing false facts as “a person who attacks and attacks by taking a summary of the past and present sexual chart”.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 307 (2) of the Criminal Act;
B. On January 13, 2016, the victim following the institution of public prosecution;
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
