1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 14, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The defendant's indication of the claim does not pay 30,000,000 won to the plaintiff around June 14, 2004 after setting the due date as of July 30, 2004. Thus, the defendant's return is sought.
