The Defendant, from October 8, 2008 to February 28, 2019, was in charge of purchase, sale, inventory management, etc. as the director of the accounting division of the victim B, who runs wholesale and retail business of office supplies.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) dumped with C, the director of the technical division of the Victim Company, the director of the technical division of the Victim Company; (b) dumped to sell earth and duplicaters purchased by the Victim Company; and (c) took part in divided payment.

Around June 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed an advertisement to sell earth and duplicate machines on the Internet website at the office of the victim company located in Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) opened an advertisement to sell 2,077,40 won earth and sand (ML208, ML3470, D410C, D410B) equivalent to 770,000 won in the market price of the victim company owned by the victim company that was in custody for business purposes; (c) received the payment from the Defendant’s national bank account by arbitrarily selling 14 pppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppps from around June 8, 2015 to around September 20, 2018; and (d) conspiredly sold at will from around 2000 pppppppppppppppps (1); (cppp. 216.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspireds with C or embezzled the property owned by the victim company for business purposes.

2. As the director in charge of occupational breach of trust of the victim company, the defendant was in charge of occupational duties not to inflict property damage on the victim company by using the above credit cards for the personal interest of the defendant, if he had been in charge of management of the Gwangju Bank (Credit Card Number: G) and the Enterprise Bank Credit Card (Credit Card Number: H) in the name

On May 6, 2015, the Defendant is an individual by accessing the Internet I shopping mall in violation of this duty at the office of the victim company.
