A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Crimes against the victim B;
A. The Defendant laid down the upper body of the victim who is seated in the stairs of his place, and threatened the victim with “I will not find once again, I will see how I will see it, I will see it only, I will see it, I will see it, and forced the victim to put his son under the right edge of the victim, and put him into a bridge.”
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against his will against the victim who is a juvenile.
2. On October 14, 2019, around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) completed the class of a private teaching institute on the street in front of G Ga in the window F of Changwon-si; (b) followed the victim E (one-seven years of age) who returned home; (c) took the left hand in the victim’s left shoulder by leashing it into the victim’s seat; and (d) putting the left hand into his/her seat in the marib; and (c) carried out the act of self-defense by means of cutting down his/her sexual organ for about 10 seconds.
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against his will against the juvenile victim.
