If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On June 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the resident support of the Daegu District Court, and the above judgment was finalized on November 1 of the same year.

1. On August 14, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document on the mobile phone number B and the use of the relevant investigation document at a mobile phone store where it is difficult to know the trade name in the Seongdong-gu Mayang-gu Mayang-gu Mayang-si Mayang-si Mayang-si Mayang-si Mayang-si Mayang-si Mayang-si, the Defendant: (a) stated C’s name, resident registration number, etc. in the service application information column; (b) stated C’s name in the service application information column; (c) signed C’s name in the service application column; (d) written the aforementioned new contract; and (e) signed C’s name and resident registration number in the personal information collection, etc.; and (e) submitted the said new contract to the mobile phone store employee as if the new contract had been duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new contract, personal information collection consent form, and a sales contract form for a terminal in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and used the forged contract form, respectively.

2. Around August 14, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document on mobile phone number D and the use of a falsified private document, and the Defendant forged a new contract under C, a private document on rights and obligations, a written consent to collect personal information, and a sales contract for a device installed in the name of C for the purpose of using a new mobile phone (number D) in the name of C under the said method, and exercised the forged contract, etc., respectively.

3. Paragraph 1 of this Article is applicable to the Defendant who forged private documents to E with mobile phone numbers and uttering of falsified documents.
