On September 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a fine of 500,000 won in the Suwon District Court's Eunpyeong site, and on June 15, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of 60,000 won in the Gwangju District Court's wooden Branch on March 12, 2019 and had a lot of same power as well as the completion of the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison.

Criminal facts

1. On May 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was a person who had the foregoing two or more times of drinking driving skills; (b) on May 29, 2019, the Defendant, at around 02:19, driven an Erano five tons of freight without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of C in the front of the road located in the Jeonnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul-do, Seoul-U.S., to the Dudio-gun, and without obtaining a driver’s license from about 8km to the front side of the Dudio-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (c) continuously driven an Erano-5 tons of freight without obtaining a driver’s license from the 1km section from the front of a cafeteria on May 29, 2019 to the front side of the Yan-gun, U.S., the Defendant continued to drive the said truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the 1km to the 0.202% alcohol level of alcohol.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of Erano 5 tons dump trucks.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

The Defendant operated a motor vehicle without mandatory insurance at a time and place, such as Paragraph (1).
