1.With respect to each share described in sub-paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of Annex 2,

A. Defendant B, Defendant B, and Defendant 1.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) Defendant B entered into a real estate trust agreement. Defendant B is the Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Land Trust”) on December 24, 1996.

B) Between Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 2,17.4 square meters, D, 178.2 square meters and E large 458.2 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”) are “the land.”

) On the ground, “F Building” is an aggregate building ( underground 7 floors, 15 floors above ground, total of 683 households, hereinafter referred to as “F building”).

2) On the same day, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Korea Land Trust on the ground of the trust contract with respect to the land in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul D and E on October 22, 1997. 2) The Korea Land Trust was granted a construction permit (the first and third floors are sales facilities) on July 14, 1997 under its name (the construction of F building was completed on February 27, 200) and the construction of F building was completed through the Si Construction, etc. < Amended by Act No. 5373, Jul. 14, 1997>

3) Meanwhile, on October 25, 200, Korea Land Trust completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land on the ground of the reversion of trust property to Defendant B, and Defendant B again completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of trust to Korea Land Trust on the 26th of the same month following that date. Defendant B changed the name of the owner of new construction on October 28, 200 from Korea Land Trust to Defendant B, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of the partitioned sections of F buildings on November 6 of the same year after obtaining approval for use from Jongno-gu Office for F buildings on November 6 of the same year.

According to this, the second and third underground floors have been registered with 100 stores or more for each floor, while the remaining floors except for the 15th floor (three previous units) have been registered with one sectional registration for each floor.

The building ledger prepared around that time was also prepared with the same content.

Defendant B followed the 21st of the same month, each of the F Buildings to Korea Land Trust.
