1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 65,719,786 and KRW 63,00,000, out of the above amount, from April 15, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in case where a judgment is made by a person who is deemed as a person in a private interest) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
