In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

1. On January 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the Busan Regional Labor Agency Branch of the Busan Regional Labor Agency’s Branch of the Busan Regional Labor Agency; (b) the fact was registered as an employee in the employment insurance computer system by lending his/her name under the Act for the settlement of expenses at the construction site; and (c) as of July 23, 2014, even if the Defendant did not work at the construction site for at least 180 days during the 18-month period prior to the previous 18-month period, the Defendant applied for false recognition of eligibility for benefits to the employee in charge and recognized the eligibility for benefits from the employee in charge; and (d) received the payment of KRW 3,41,030 in total four times from January 27, 2015 to April 20, 2015 as unemployment benefits.

The defendant was paid unemployment benefits by deceiving the employee in charge as above.

2. Defendant B: (a) around July 3, 2015, at the Busan Regional Labor Agency Branch of the Busan Regional Labor Agency, the Defendant: (b) lent his name to the Busan Regional Labor Agency in the way to cover the expenses at the construction site; and (c) was registered as an employee in the employment insurance computer system; and (d) as of January 31, 2015, even if the Defendant did not work at the construction site for at least 180 days during the 18-month period prior to the previous 18-month period, the Defendant applied for false recognition of eligibility for benefits to the employee in charge and recognized the eligibility for benefits from the employee in charge; and (c) received KRW 3,870,000 from July 17, 2015 to October 7, 2015 as unemployment benefits.

The defendant was paid unemployment benefits by deceiving the employee in charge as above.
