When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

When the Defendant applied for permission for the establishment of a medical corporation in Chungcheongnam-do, it was necessary to prove the amount of 9 billion won in capital, the Defendant was willing to forge and submit an appraisal report on the land B and six other (hereinafter referred to as “the land”).

1. On April 2014, the Defendant forged private document: (a) requested a “D” person at a coffee shop located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2nd floor in Seocho-gu to forge the appraisal report, etc.; (b) paid 6 million won in consideration of the request; and (c) “D” written an appraisal report in the name of appraiser F of the EAppraisal Office, stating the appraisal report in the name of 37,822,148,815 won; and (d) written one copy of a passbook and a balance certificate in the account of the Defendant’s agricultural bank account (G) written in the name of 37,82,148, and 5,200,200 won; and (c) written one copy of a passbook and a balance certificate in the account of the Defendant’s agricultural bank (H).

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, forged each copy of the appraisal report in the name of appraiser F, a private document related to rights and duties, one copy of the passbook in the name of the director of the branch of Asan National Agricultural Co., Ltd., and one copy of the balance certificate, and one copy of the passbook in the name of the director of the branch of Ansan National Agricultural Co., Ltd., and one copy of the balance certificate.

2. Around April 25, 2014, the Defendant submitted an application for permission to establish a medical corporation at the Cheong-do Office located in Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, 21, and exercised the above investigation documents by issuing two copies of the forged appraisal report, passbook, and balance certificate as if they were duly formed, as described in paragraph (1).
