1. On February 9, 2018, at around 01:39, the Defendant: (a) stolen: (b) 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim, who was seated in the third floor of the building in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 37, and 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim E, who was seated in the third floor of the building in Dobong-gu, Seoul; (c) 1 copy in a new physical card; and (d) 1 copy in a student card.

2. The Defendant, on March 3, 2018, embezzled, on the street near “G” at the main station located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul around March 3, 2018, acquired a copy of the KB national SP credit card lost by the victim H, and embezzled it.

3. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, at the “K convenience store” operated by the Victim J, located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased the amount equivalent to KRW 69,100,00 at the market price, such as one cigarette, food, etc., and presented the credit card completion of the H acquired as if he/she was a legitimate employer, and had the victim pay for the amount of goods.

In addition, from March 3, 2018 to March 4, 2018, the Defendant acquired 418,210 won in total and used lost credit cards on 15 occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1 (1).

The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around March 4, 2018, at around 02:49, purchased the “MPC room” operated by the victim under the name infinite L in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, equivalent to KRW 1,200 per market price of 1,200, and presented the credit card acquired as her legitimate employer and intended to acquire property from N of the victim’s employees, but was attempted to receive payment suspension following the report of loss.

5. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) up to February 20, 2018, up to the subway 5 lines located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant lost the victim’sO in the vicinity of the station.
