1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,313,192 as well as the interest rate from October 3, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and the main text of Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant is only served with the original copy of the payment order and submitted the formal objection, and the plaintiff did not submit a written response disputing the plaintiff's claim thereafter, and the plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading, so the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's assertion.
