1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The plaintiff asserts that the defendant is obligated to pay consolation money of KRW 30 million to the plaintiff as compensation for mental suffering suffered by the plaintiff, since he knew that the plaintiff's husband C had a spouse, and he committed unlawful acts with C.
However, it is not sufficient to recognize that the Plaintiff’s husband C and the Defendant committed an unlawful act solely on the basis of the entries in Gap’s evidence Nos. 1 through 7 (including paper numbers), the verification results of the video ID (No. 6) of this court, and the result of the Defendant’s personal examination. There is no other evidence to acknowledge the Plaintiff’s assertion.
Therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit and thus dismissed.
