1. The defendant delivers to the plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and from October 13, 2018 to the above building.
1. On August 13, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement to lease real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 2,00,000 per month of lease deposit, and KRW 300,000 per month of rent, but the Defendant paid only KRW 600,000, which is a part of the lease deposit, and did not pay rent from October 13, 2018. The Plaintiff continued to reside in the above real estate without paying the deposit and rent even if he/she had given the deadline until December 13, 2018.
Therefore, the lease contract is terminated, and the delivery of real estate and the return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent is sought.
