【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 15, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) around July 15, 2020, around 02:00, and around July 15, 2020, entered the victim Gpoter II, which was parked in the front line of the victim F’s residence, into the victim Gpoter II, and kept in the said vehicle, and 9,000 won in cash owned by the victim and stolen it.
