1. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet shall be owned solely by the plaintiff by dividing it into those listed in the separate sheet;

Reasons

In full view of all the circumstances indicated in the instant pleadings, such as the size of each share of the Plaintiff and the Defendants (Plaintiff 4227/477, Defendants 4477/125) and the current status of each real estate listed in the separate sheet, each real estate listed in the separate sheet jointly owned by the Plaintiff and the Defendants shall be owned solely by the Plaintiff, but the Plaintiff shall compensate the Defendants for the amount of KRW 3,129,886, which corresponds to the share value (i.e., the total area of each real estate listed in the separate sheet x 1,180 square meters x 95,000 x 125/4477, and less than KRW 125/477).
