[Criminal facts]
1. Defendants A and B had the mind to arrange sexual traffic around November 2016. Defendant A leased a place where a female is living, recruited female sexual traffic, and received a report to work from C during the period of sexual traffic, and shared the roles of Defendant B, such as asking for a sex purchase by using smartphone Emp, and moving C to a place where sexual traffic is conducted.
On November 16, 2016, from around 02:21 to around 02:21, the Defendants conspireded to obtain 1.50,000 won from the south of the name infurcing communication through smartphone, and agreed to obtain 1.50,000 won for the price of sexual traffic at one time from the south of the purchase of the name infurced 710,000 won, and had C sexual intercourse with the south of the Republic of Korea until November 21, 2016.
2. Defendant C, around November 16, 2016, 02:21, 710 of the Felel 710 in Jinnam-si, Jinnam-si, was engaged in sexual traffic over four occasions in the name-free cartels, including that: (a) the Defendant received 150,000 won for the price for sexual traffic at one time from the south of his/her name-free purchase, which was contacted through smartphone displays-si; (b) and (c) November 21, 2016, from November 22:45, 2016.
