On February 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Suwon District Court for two years and six months on February 27, 2016.

The Defendant offered a passbook to operate an illegal sports earth site by soliciting an passbook, and ordered AI and AB, the nominal owner of the passbook, to withdraw a deposit in the passbook, and instruct DK to the effect that DK will take AI and AH into consideration through IB, and DK was indicted on suspicion that DL et al. was detained with AI and AH by putting them up, and caused it to be tried with the Suwon District Court Sung-nam Branch Branch of 2014Kadan1313.
