Punishment of the crime

After that, around December 2018, Defendant B left the place of business to become a skiing instructor, and Defendant A operated the commercial sex acts business in general: Provided, That Defendant B conspired to be investigated as a sole proprietor in the name of lessee of the business, not to recover the investment amount, and when regulating, Defendant B conspired to be investigated as a sole proprietor.
On June 3, 2019, at around 20:05, the Defendants provided the Ctel G, a customer who reported and contacted the Internet commercial sex acts, with the direction of the Ctel G, waiting for the female employees of the K (the age of 23) and provided the K with KRW 1.50,000 as the price for commercial sex acts from May 3, 2018 to June 30, 2019, and arranged commercial sex acts by providing the female employees with the instruction as the office room where the female employees are waiting for the commercial sex acts, and by providing the female employees with the amount of KRW 1.50,000 to KRW 2,00,000 as the price for commercial sex acts.
As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.
