1. The remainder of the amount calculated by deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds of the sale by selling 1535 square meters at an auction on the land of Jeonan-gun, Jeonan-gun.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendants are sharing the real property indicated in the Disposition No. 1 at the same ratio as indicated in the Disposition No. 1. There is no special agreement prohibiting partition of co-owned property between the Plaintiff and the Defendants.
