1. On January 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju) at the Jung-gu District Court on April 27, 2010, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 27, 2010. On August 6, 2009, the Defendant, as the owner of the B vehicle, operated the said vehicle, which was not subscribed to each mandatory insurance in the 100-ro 14, Jongno-gu, Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 2009.

On April 25, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with labor for special robbery, etc. at the Suwon District Court on November 10, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive. On October 5, 2010, the Defendant, as the owner of the B vehicle, operated the said vehicle in front of the Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Seoul Jongno-si, Seoul, on October 11, 2010, around 15:35, and around 23:26, 2010, the said vehicle was operated on the 32 luminous Spanish-si, Seoul, Jongno-gu, Macheon-dong, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, and not purchased each mandatory insurance policy as seen earlier.
