The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
On February 27, 2014, around 23:15, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim’s face at one time by his hand before the victim B (the age of 57) detained and injured the victim B (the age of 57) prior to the 36-1 Suwon-ro, Suwon-ro, Busan, Suwon-ro, the Suwon-ro, the Suwon-ro, the head of Si/Gun/Gu.
However, this is a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Code, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Code. Since the victim withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant in this court, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
