1. Defendants B and C shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 240,000,000 on the Plaintiff and Defendant B from January 10, 2012 to November 30, 2016. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27517, Nov. 30, 2016>
1. As to the plaintiff's claim against the defendant B and C
A. Determination as to the cause of the Plaintiff’s claim 1) Article 1 of the main contents of the B/L on October 6, 201 agreement (a loan and repayment of bid bond) provides the Plaintiff with a payment of KRW 250 million to the Defendant, and the Defendant B shall pay the Plaintiff with interest of KRW 250 million on the date of the successful bid price payment for the instant auction procedure: Provided, That if the above auction case is not selected as the successful bidder, the Defendant B shall immediately return the said money to the Plaintiff. Article 2 (Transfer of Mortgage) provides the Plaintiff with a collateral under the following conditions, and the Defendant C shall pay KRW 20 million to the Plaintiff with KRW 40 million. The Plaintiff shall be paid with KRW 50 million out of KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000 to KRW 150,000,000,000,000,000 won, which is KRW 301,50,000,000.
