However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who has been engaged in business related to start-up such as PC rooms, singing rooms, cartoon rooms while working as a member of D, a start-up franchise business entity.

On September 4, 2015, the Defendant stated that “F Real Estate Office” located in Seocho-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, the Victim G intended to enter into a PC start-up contract with D, “If a direct contract is entered into with D company, the franchise cost and monthly management expenses shall be paid.” However, upon entering into a personal contract with D, the Defendant may start-up PC under the same conditions as the lower price is the same as the contract entered into with D, and (b) the Defendant would have the PC start-up by directly concluding the contract with the Ethical fishery operator and the PC business operator whose payment is already known to B.”

However, even if the defendant entered into a contract as above with the victim, he was planning to supply some PC as used goods of low salvance, and did not have confirmed whether he could use the H test provided in D without D's consent. In fact, I, a real PC business operator, ordered 30 PCs out of total 70 PCs to provide the victim with the lower salvous PCs using parts, and ordered the victim to continue construction without notifying the victim, even though he was notified that he could not use the artificial test pattern already used in D while excluding the company from J, a human test business operator, and entering into a personal contract.

After all, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received a total of 62,850,040 won from the victim as the PC start-up cost.
