Punishment of the crime
On January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:05, at D Zone D located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) performed an act of disturbing the police officer slope E who belongs to the said Zone E by making a false statement at a low time; (c) governance is entering F members with materials inside the National Assembly; (d) the police officer G belonging to the said Zone, “Issle,” and committed an act of disturbing the police officer G, etc. for about 10 minutes of alcohol, by passing through a speech or behavior at the public office, etc.
