On February 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud in the Daegu District Court’s assistance, and completed the execution of the above sentence on September 3, 2014. On June 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the Mayang Branch’s High Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence on November 29, 2015. On March 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the above sentence on November 16, 2016.

1. On November 26, 2016, the Defendant, on November 23, 2016, 2016, committed as if there were money in water at the DPC room located in Ansan-si Member C, Ansan-si. On November 23, 2016, the Defendant used a computer kept therein from that time to October 000 of the same month, and ordered a liver-si order.

However, the defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay computer usage fees or food values due to the lack of any means of settlement.

The Defendant deceptioned the victim E, and obtained financial benefits by being provided with the opportunity and food equivalent to the total price of 95,100 won from the damaged party.

2. On November 28, 2016, the Defendant, on November 28, 2016, 2016, committed as if he/she had money in the water room in Ansan-si, 08:30, GPC on the second floor, and used computers kept therein from that time to 23:20 on the same day.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay computer usage fees due to the lack of any possible means of settlement.

As such, the Defendant: (a) induced the victim H; (b) provided the victim with an opportunity to use a computer equivalent to 10,400 won in total; and (c) acquired pecuniary benefits.

3. On November 30, 2016, the Defendant, on November 29, 2016, runs as if he/she had money in the water level to the JPC room located in Ansan-si, 07:00, YI and JPC on the third floor of Ansan-si. On November 29, 2016, the Defendant used a computer installed therein from that time to 20:00 the following day.
