For reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment and acquitted the Defendant on March 14, 2014, on the ground that there is no evidence of a crime regarding defamation among the facts charged in the instant case, and upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendant on the ground that there is no evidence of a crime regarding defamation on March 10, 2014.

In light of the records, the above judgment of the court below is just, and there is no error in the misapprehension of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
