A. Plaintiff: acquisition on July 8, 2014 by transfer of the claim under Paragraph (1) of the Attached Claim Claim No. 1, which was changed from the KEL Loan Co., Ltd.

(i) The intervenor succeeding to the plaintiff: The grounds for the change are as shown in the annexed sheet;

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. The plaintiff filed a claim against the defendant for repayment of the claim as stated in Paragraph (1) of the Attached Form, but it is recognized that the plaintiff transferred the above claim to the plaintiff succeeding intervenor during the lawsuit of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is without merit and it is dismissed.
