1. The defendant

(a) holidaying 44 square meters of buildings listed in the separate sheet;

(b) 26,950,000 won and this shall apply thereto;

Reasons

1. A claim for the surrender of a real estate following the termination due to a default in rent under a lease agreement (a lease deposit of KRW 50,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 49,000,000, value-added tax) on real estate stated in the attached list on the basis of the claim, and a claim for the return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of KRW 26,950,000 and the rent of KRW 26,950,000 until February 20

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
