Seized evidence Nos. 1 through 13 (The Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office No. 911) and No. 1.

1. On May 16, 2014, the Defendant operated D Gameland from May 15, 2014 to June 16, 2014, operated D Gameland in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon, installed 100 game machine 100 players, which was not classified by the Game Management Committee, provide customers with 10,00 won in the game machine, and let customers enjoy 10,000 won in the game machine, and then make customers enjoy 10,000 won in the game machine and exchange the points acquired automatically and without deducting the commission.

2. On May 22, 2014, the Defendant, including violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., (i) operated the D Gameland from May 20, 2014 to May 22, 2014, operated the D Gameland at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), installed 90 game machine at sea, which is a speculative electronic machine not classified by the Game Management Committee, and provided it to many and unspecified customers, and let them put 10,000 won in the game machine, and then let them gain points automatically and exchange them in the game screen with all without deducting fees.

3. On June 9, 2014, the Defendant violated the Game Industry Promotion Act, operating a F Gameland on the fourth floor of Daejeon Pungdong-gu E from June 7, 2014 to September 9, 2014, displayed and stored 100 marine camping machines which were not classified by the Game Industry Management Committee, and offered them to unspecified multiple customers for use.
