Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 7, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 19:20 on May 7, 2016, driving a 2 km B freight vehicle from the front side of an apartment house to the front side of a shooting distance of the Corporation located within the same city.
