1. As to KRW 270,671,426 and KRW 137,860,00 among them, the Defendant shall annually pay to the Plaintiff KRW 270,671,426 from August 11, 2015 to October 4, 2015.
1. The reasons for the claim stated in the separate sheet indicating the claim and the reasons for the change in the purport of the claim as of August 19, 2015 are as stated in the amended claims.
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since the provisions on statutory interest rate were amended under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals, and the legal interest rate was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim seeking an excess is dismissed.
