1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of 4,00,000 U.S. dollars from January 19, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. From June 25, 2015, the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant a total of 4,000,000 UN on several occasions, and the Defendant decided to pay the above 4,000,000 UN each month from January 20, 2016 to the 200,000 UN each month, but the said payment has not been made until the expiration of the due date, thereby seeking payment of the said money (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
