B. The committee established under the Framework Act on the Settlement of Truth and Reconciliation for the Truth and Reconciliation of the History (hereinafter “the committee for the settlement of truth”) concluded a truth-finding on June 29, 2010 on the basis of the applicant’s investigation, reference witness investigation, data investigation, on-site investigation, etc., and on the basis of the family statement, witness statement, witness statement, and body recovery, etc., the committee for the settlement of truth established under the Framework Act on the Settlement of Truth and Reconciliation (hereinafter “the committee for the settlement of truth-finding”) concluded a truth-finding determination (hereinafter “the truth-finding determination of this case”).

C.
