1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 81,481,429 and KRW 53,900,00 among them, 23% per annum from April 27, 2015 to the date of full payment.
According to the purport of Gap evidence 1-1 and Gap evidence 2-2 and the whole arguments, Seoul Mutual Savings Bank Co., Ltd., on April 27, 2012, with interest rate of 9.3% per annum and interest rate of 53.9 million won per annum, and 23% per annum on April 27, 2012, and the defendant lost its interest. Seoul Mutual Savings Bank, which was declared bankrupt by this court as 2013Hahap139, was appointed as bankruptcy trustee, and the plaintiff was appointed as bankruptcy trustee until April 26, 2015. The defendant's obligation of the above principal and interest amount of KRW 53,90,000, interest rate of KRW 27,581,429, total amount of KRW 81,481,429, the principal and interest rate of KRW 429, the principal and interest rate of KRW 53,90,00 per annum from April 27, 2015.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
