Nevertheless, on July 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 23:32 on July 20, 2016, at “F” located on the 2nd floor of Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant: (b) provided a smuggling room and shower facility with a disguised entrance, and employed employees G and sexual traffic women H; (c) provided an employee G and sexual traffic women H with 120,000 won for sexual traffic, and (d) provided the said G with an instruction as a smuggling, and (e) caused the said H to enter the said smuggling only to engage in the said exclusive and commercial traffic; and (e) provided that the said H engaged in a business of arranging sexual traffic, such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. No person who intends to provide funds, land, or buildings with sexual traffic shall be aware of the fact that such goods are provided for sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected, without taking measures such as termination of the lease contract, even though the business establishment operated on the second floor of the above Chungcheong E E-2 leased to I while engaging in commercial sex acts around September 2015, the Defendant neglected the act of arranging commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts, at the same time and place as the above paragraph.

As a result, the defendant knowingly provided a building to sexual traffic.
