1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with C to the plaintiff KRW 39,60,000 and the period from August 11, 2017 to December 22, 2017.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(as the plaintiff, the debtor is deemed to be the defendant and C)
2. The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant is dissatisfied with a payment order, and thus only submitted a formal written objection with the purport of raising an objection, but did not submit a substantive reply, and therefore, all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
