2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. B, including the conclusion of an insurance contract, concluded an automobile insurance contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) on April 2012, and the content relating to the instant case is as follows.

On January 20, 2013, at around 16:30 on January 20, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) driven the Plaintiff’s vehicle and tried to avoid a large amount of fire that is coming from the direction of the road near the new rupture of the original city; and (b) caused an accident of minor damage to the fronter on the right side of the vehicle by shocking the road protection wall on the right side.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant accident.” The degree of damage caused by an accident is as shown in the attached Form 3.

After the accident of this case, the Plaintiff was hospitalized as follows, and the Defendant guaranteed the Plaintiff to pay part of the medical expenses and other medical expenses for outpatient treatment, and paid the medical expenses of KRW 6,238,270 as insurance money. The payment guarantee for other medical expenses was suspended.
