1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. (i) On May 22, 2018, the Plaintiff driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.14% at around 00:12 on May 22, 2018, up to 300 meters in front of the road nine-lane due to the transmission of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, an original city, at the center of 0.14% of alcohol content.
B. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant rendered the instant disposition to the Plaintiff on the grounds of Article 93(1)1 of the Road Traffic Act, which revoked the driver’s license (class 1 common and class 2 common).
