마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
1,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, even though he is not a person handling narcotics:
A. Between February 19:00 and 20:00 on February 3, 2014, in D department stores D department stores in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the supply volume of psychotropic drugs-based Metepopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic (i.e., one phiopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic (G) in the name of the post office (G) in the name of the F notified by E at around 21:01;
B. At around 21:00 on February 11, 2014, at D department stores adjacent to the C Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the above E opened approximately 0.25 g of philopopon, which was hidden in advance, in the air-conditioning room under his/her air-conditioner room, and then purchased philopon by depositing KRW 200,000 into an inorganic account known by E around that time;
C. Around 15:00 on February 26, 2014, at the J-to-be Roon parking lot located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, J-to-si, the following: (a) purchased 200,000 won on a written phone by placing approximately 0.25 g of opon, which the said E opened up in advance, at the back-to-face parking at the home located at the right edge of the exit of the vehicle, and then depositing KRW 20,000 into the new bank account (L) in the name of the K company notified by E at around 18:31 on the same day;
D. On March 4, 2014, around 16:00, D department stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, received 0.25 ghopon (L) from the 4th floor toilet near the C station in Gangnam-gu, and then deposited KRW 200,000 into the new bank account (L) in the name of the K company notified by E at around 16:09 on the same day;
E. Around 14:00 on March 15, 2014, at the 4th floor parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-si, G-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Plaintiff purchased a phiphone in a manner that 0.25g philopon, which is scopon, directly scoponed in the scopon site and 200,000 won in cash at the scopon.
B. The Defendant has administered philophones;
