When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B M& car.
On March 23, 2014, at around 01:09, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of approximately 1 kilometer from the front of the French-gu Incheon Southern-ro 313 to the front of the daily road located in the (Dordong) of the same Gu, in the state of the alcohol concentration of 0.12%.
