1. The Defendant’s KRW 166,138,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 24, 2019 to July 24, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019) and the annual interest rate, which is the statutory interest rate amended pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda, shall apply to damages for delay from the date following the date of partial dismissal of this judgment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
